Dr. Hall has received many awards for his work including one from the Board of Supervisors, San Bernardino County. He also received a commendation from George Murphy, United States Senate, State of California, for his contributions toward the enactment of H.R. 8310, The Vocational Rehabilitation Act Amendments. Senator Murphy indicated that, "The passage of this bill certainly represents a giant step in the field of vocational rehabilitation" (November 16, 1965).
